Bridges is a not for profit organisation
We offer services to the elderly and people with a disability in the Knox and South West Yarra Ranges. Our programs promote independence, foster socialisation and are a mobility solution for transport disadvantaged people. Bridges uses a person centered approach tailoring our services to suit your individual needs.
We operate under the guidelines provided by the Department of Health through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services through Home and Community Care Program. We deliver services at the highest standard and align with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Bridges promotes healthy, active ageing connecting people through volunteering, programs and services that benefit the health and wellbeing of our people and community.
